Terms of Service

1. General

PINN.ee is a service marketplace website operated by NET Partner OÜ (registry code 11299597, Narva, Estonia 21020). The website connects clients who need services with masters who provide them.

By using PINN.ee services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PINN.ee provides the following services:

  • For clients: submitting service requests and finding a suitable master
  • For masters: receiving leads and connecting with clients

PINN.ee is a mediation platform. We are not the service provider and do not bear direct responsibility for service quality, deadlines, or results. Contractual relationships arise directly between the client and the master.

3. Client Terms

3.1. Submitting a Request

By submitting a request, you confirm that the provided information is accurate and consent to personal data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.2. Contact Information Sharing

Your contact details (name, phone, email) are shared only with the master who accepts your request.

3.3. Request Cancellation

Clients may cancel their request before the service has been provided. Contact us at info@pinn.ee or the master directly.

3.4. Free for Clients

Submitting a request is free for clients. PINN.ee does not charge clients.

4. Master Terms (Offer)

4.1. Registration

By registering a master account, you confirm that you are a legally competent person or a company representative with the right to provide the declared services.

4.2. B2B Relationship

The relationship between the master and NET Partner OÜ is a business (B2B) relationship. Masters are independent entrepreneurs, not employees of NET Partner OÜ.

4.3. Pricing

Masters pay for each accepted request (lead) according to the current price list. Lead pricing depends on service type and region and is visible in the master dashboard. The lead price is debited from the master's balance upon acceptance.

4.4. Balance and Billing

Master balance is available in the dashboard. A negative balance indicates outstanding debt. Invoices are issued monthly or upon request. Payment is due within 14 days.

4.5. Account Suspension and Closure

PINN.ee reserves the right to suspend or close a master account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of terms of service
  • Failure to pay outstanding debt
  • Client complaints about service quality
  • Fraudulent activity

Masters may close their account at any time by contacting info@pinn.ee. Outstanding debt must be paid before closure.

4.6. Rating Points

Each master has a rating points system (starting value: 100 points). Points affect queue priority and commission rates:

  • Accepting a request: +1 point
  • Accepting a previously rejected request: +2 points
  • Rejecting a request: −5 points
  • 5+ consecutive rejections: temporary block (30 min) + commission +25%
  • Rating points ≥ 150: commission discount −10%

4.7. Referral Program

Each master has a unique referral code. When a new master registers via a referral link:

  • Upon activation of the new master's profile, the referrer receives a +€100 bonus to their balance
  • The bonus is one-time and applies to each activated master
  • PINN.ee reserves the right to modify or terminate the program

5. Personal Data Processing

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By registering, you confirm that you have read the privacy policy and consent to data processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • PINN.ee only mediates contact between clients and masters
  • PINN.ee is not liable for the quality, deadlines, or damages from work performed by masters
  • PINN.ee is not liable for force majeure circumstances
  • PINN.ee liability is limited to direct damage caused to the user

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled under Estonian law in Harju County Court.

8. Changes to Terms

PINN.ee reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes are announced on the website. By continuing to use the service after changes, you agree to the new terms.
