How much does it cost to join? ▾
Joining is free. You only pay for accepted leads. Pricing for each lead type is discussed individually during registration.
How will I receive leads? ▾
Via Telegram bot or your personal dashboard. You will see a task description — if it fits, click "Accept" to get client contacts.
What if the client doesn't respond? ▾
You can dispute a lead within 24 hours. If the client is unreachable — the lead fee is refunded to your balance.
When do I pay? ▾
At the end of the month. We send an invoice listing all accepted leads. Payment via bank transfer.
Can I pause my account? ▾
Yes, you can pause lead delivery anytime via your dashboard or Telegram.
What are rating points? ▾
Every master starts with 100 points. +1 per accepted lead, +2 for accepting previously rejected leads, -5 per rejection. At 150+ points you get a 10% commission discount.
Is PINN an employer? ▾
No. PINN.ee is a marketing platform — like Google Ads or Facebook Ads, but simpler. We don't assign tasks or control the work process. You buy leads at a fixed price and decide which to accept and what price to offer clients.
Do I need a company? ▾
Companies (OÜ, AS) get onboarding priority. But sole proprietors (FIE) and individuals are also welcome. A partnership agreement is signed in all cases.
What happens if I reject leads? ▾
Occasional rejections are normal. Systematic rejections lower your rating and priority in the lead queue. Detailed rules (rating points system, temporary restrictions) are specified in the partnership agreement.
