PINN.ee is a service marketplace connecting clients with verified professionals in Estonia. Data controller: PINN.ee, email: info@pinn.ee.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Request form: name, phone, email (optional), city, service type, task description
  • Push notifications: browser push subscription identifier, service and language preference
  • Master registration: name, phone, email, Telegram data, specialization, service area

3. Purposes of processing

  • Forwarding your request to a suitable professional
  • Sending a push notification when professionals become available
  • Communication with clients and professionals
  • Improving service quality

4. Legal basis

Data is processed based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and for contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

5. Data retention

  • Request data: up to 12 months after service delivery
  • Push subscriptions: until notification is sent or subscription is cancelled
  • Master data: for the duration of the account

6. Data sharing

Your contact information is shared only with the professional who accepts your order. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent
  • File a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee)

8. Push notifications

Push notifications use the Web Push API. Your browser's technical subscription identifier is stored on our server. We will send only one notification when professionals for your selected service become available. You can unsubscribe at any time in your browser settings.

9. Cookies

PINN.ee does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

10. Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored in hashed form (bcrypt).
