Terms of Use
Last updated: 16.07.2026
PINN is a classifieds board-catalogue that connects a service customer (client) and a service provider (master). PINN is NOT a party to the deal, an employer or an intermediary in the transaction: the agreement, price, quality of work and payment are matters between the client and the master. PINN does not guarantee orders or the result of work.
1. General
The pinn.ee platform is operated by Net Partner OÜ (reg. code 11299597, Narva, Estonia; "PINN"). These terms govern the use of the platform. By using the platform — submitting a request or creating a master profile — you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
PINN provides a technical environment: publishing client requests and a catalogue of master listings. PINN does not itself provide services (plumbing, cleaning, etc.) and does not choose on behalf of the parties.
2. Terms for the client
- Submitting a request is free for the client.
- A request is consent that your contact details and job description are made available to masters to whom the request is addressed or who operate in the relevant niche and region. A master may contact you.
- PINN does not guarantee that any master will respond, nor the master's price, availability or quality of work. The agreement is made directly between you and the master.
- Provide truthful information and do not add third parties' personal data without permission. You are responsible for the content of the request.
- Cancellation and validity: the request is valid until the stated deadline (up to 90 days), after which it is archived and contacts are closed. You may cancel your request at any time by writing to info@pinn.ee.
3. Terms for the master
- PINN provides the paid placement service only to persons acting in the course of their economic or professional activity (entrepreneurs, incl. sole traders/FIE). As a master, you confirm that you use PINN in the course of your economic or professional activity, not as a consumer. Therefore the consumer right of withdrawal (incl. Law of Obligations Act §§ 56⁴ and 53–56) does not apply to a paid listing.
- A master profile is a paid listing (except during the demo period, see section 4). You pay for publishing the listing, not for the transaction — there is no commission on the deal.
- PINN does not guarantee the number of orders or income. Clients choose the master themselves. Profile completeness, ratings and activity affect visibility and the volume of requests.
- You are responsible for the quality, safety, deadlines, legality of your work, the necessary licences/qualifications, and for taxes and invoicing. You represent yourself before the client.
- Use the client's contact details only to fulfil the specific request. Misuse of data, spam or reselling data is prohibited and leads to closing the profile.
- Name and profile must be truthful. PINN may remove a profile that breaches the terms, misleads clients or damages the platform's reputation.
4. Demo, fees and payments
- During the launch period (demo), creating a profile and publishing a listing is free for all masters. PINN sets the demo period duration for the whole system (currently 30 days, PINN may extend it up to 90 days). The demo applies to all masters equally, not to an individual user.
- After the demo period ends, publishing a listing becomes paid according to the price list. The price depends on the number of selected niches and add-ons; profile completeness may affect the price. The exact price is shown in the cabinet before payment.
- Payments are processed by a secure payment partner (Stripe). Fees for a paid period are generally non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.
5. Liability and warranties
PINN's only obligations are: (a) to provide the master a listing slot on the board so clients can see and choose them, and (b) to give the master access to the client's contact details in the case of a request (tender). PINN assumes no other guarantee or obligation.
PINN provides the platform "as is", without warranties as to orders, income or service quality. PINN is not liable for the transaction between client and master, its performance, damages, delays or disputes — these are resolved directly between the parties. PINN's liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by the user to PINN over the last 3 months.
6. Personal data
PINN processes personal data to provide the service: a client's request data is made available to relevant masters; a master's profile data is published in the catalogue. Contact details of expired requests are closed (anonymised). To delete data or for questions, write to info@pinn.ee. Processing complies with applicable law (incl. GDPR).
7. Changes and governing law
PINN may update the terms; changes take effect upon publication on this page. The law of the Republic of Estonia applies; disputes are resolved in an Estonian court. Questions: info@pinn.ee.
