1. Data controller

The pinn.ee platform is operated by, and the data controller is, Net Partner OÜ (reg. code 11299597, Narva, Estonia; "PINN"). Data protection queries: info@pinn.ee.

2. What data we collect

• Master listing: name or company name, contact, fields, regions, languages, description — entered by the master and meant to be public.
• Master profile: name/company, contact, niches, regions, languages, description, payment data.
• Technical data: cookies (session, attribution), IP, browser — for statistics and security.

3. Why and on what basis

We process data to provide the service — connecting client and master. Legal basis: consent (when submitting a request), contract performance (master account) and legitimate interest (platform operation, security).

We process data to provide the service — publishing the master listing in the catalogue. Legal basis: consent and performance of a contract. We do not collect or forward client data — the client contacts the master directly.

4. Who we share with

• Client request data is made available to relevant masters (addressed or operating in the niche/region).
• Master listing data is public in the catalogue — that is the purpose of a listing.
• Processors: payment service (Stripe), email service (Brevo), Telegram notifications. Data is not sold to third parties.

5. Retention

Contact data of expired or cancelled requests is anonymised immediately; anonymised demand history is kept for up to 45 days, then deleted. A master profile left unfinished and not activated is deleted automatically within 7 days. Active account data is kept until account deletion (deletion can be requested by email to info@pinn.ee) and for periods required by law (e.g. accounting).

We keep the master listing until the account is deleted. Client requests collected earlier were permanently deleted in October 2026 together with their contact details. To delete your account and all data, write to info@pinn.ee.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete your data, restrict processing and object. You can cancel a request at any time. Contact: info@pinn.ee. You may also address the Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. The policy may be updated; changes take effect upon publication on this page. Estonian law applies.
