1. Data controller

The pinn.ee platform is operated by, and the data controller is, Net Partner OÜ (reg. code 11299597, Narva, Estonia; "PINN"). Data protection queries: info@pinn.ee.

2. What data we collect

• Client request: name, contact (phone/email), job description, region, optional photo.
• Master profile: name/company, contact, niches, regions, languages, description, payment data.
• Technical data: cookies (session, attribution), IP, browser — for statistics and security.

3. Why and on what basis

We process data to provide the service — connecting client and master. Legal basis: consent (when submitting a request), contract performance (master account) and legitimate interest (platform operation, security).

4. Who we share with

• Client request data is made available to relevant masters (addressed or operating in the niche/region).
• Master profile data is published in the public catalogue.
• Processors: payment service (Stripe), email service (Brevo), Telegram notifications. Data is not sold to third parties.

5. Retention

Contact data of expired or cancelled requests is anonymised immediately; anonymised demand history is kept for up to 45 days, then deleted. A master profile left unfinished and not activated is deleted automatically within 7 days. Active account data is kept until account deletion (deletion can be requested by email to info@pinn.ee) and for periods required by law (e.g. accounting).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete your data, restrict processing and object. You can cancel a request at any time. Contact: info@pinn.ee. You may also address the Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. The policy may be updated; changes take effect upon publication on this page. Estonian law applies.
